The Medical Alarm FAQ

For those who want to better understand their system.

Ron Dermer is an EMS tech who has responded to dozens of Medical Alarm calls and knows first hand just how valuable these life saving devices can be. Ron says he is surprised by how many great Medical Alarm features the owners don't seem to know about.Ron isn't shy about his affection for Medical Alarms. He told me, "I think everyone over the age of 62 should be required to have a Medical Alarm in their home. I've arrived at too many homes to find people who have been lying on the floor for hours waiting to be discovered. Seniors hate being bothered by check-up calls from their children, yet they want the freedom of living alone. That's a recipe for disaster."

The Medical Alarm FAQ is an effort to provide answers to many of the questions that Medical Alarm owners might have, some insight for those considering the purchase of a Medical Alarm, and to make everyone more aware of the many life saving features that are standard on most Medical Alarm systems.

Its nice to know there is someone as dedicated as Ron standing by to answer those calls when accidents happen.
